@seedzone The best result in MPC-HC with Lav Filters and debanding filter in madVR, but on my PC HEVC still looks kinda worse than AVC. If you don’t have such problems maybe I’m doing something wrong. I’ll go buy a GPU with hardware support H.265 and try to playback HEVC again. Sorry if I misled you and thanks for your hard work encoding all this anime.

Yes. I was going to point that out. You will never enjoy 10bit on a PC because most displays are 8bit. Banding and blurriness inevitably appear because the decoder "simulates" 10bit by applying dithering. That is why I suggested you people to buy new equipment, the latest Smart TVs along with HDR 4K Support come with an integrated 10bit display. This 10bit display will show a better quality image without banding or blurriness, because it shows the real 10bit image without applying dithering or resampling it to 8 bits before sending the signal to the display.
