Why Westernize the names? You do honorifics, which I very much appreciate (seriously, thank you for that), but when "Shouta Arai-kun" is written when CLEARLY what's being spoken is "Arai Shouta-kun", it just looks dumb. Japanese subs of a Western show aren't going "Easternize" names and put "Smith John" to match their order. English isn't superior and shouldn't pretend to "know better" than Japanese.
Futagen has got a point though, it can be jarring to some to hear one thing and see subs that are effectively in reverse order.
If you're gonna westernise it, then go all the way and remove the honorifics as well, otherwise it should be subbed as is heard.
