Wow, the blu ray release is just an upscale, imao awful the 576p DVD release from NP-Complete is actually just as good as the BD apart from a contrast increase on the BD for some reasons, same old BD nonsense - increase contrast and sharpness and hope people wont notice. Wished they stop this nonsense, the OG production seems to been SD only with no film scan which is typical of post-2002 anime, digital scans were getting affordable enough but that also mean no good HD scan is available. Avoid BD at all cost, waste of space.
