As I said in the description, it's the Yen Press version. In other words, the official English release, and not the scanlation.

Strange about the white bars, they're also definitely bigger than usual Yen Press digitals (which obviously you're aware of given the upscale comments), maybe they're screenshots from a comic reading app on a tablet or something, would explain the bars.
