To avoid any misunderstanding possible, I wish you to read carefully the content below before downloading, thanks. This is an improved version of the Lives in 2015 and 2017. There were in fact existing versions here (1080p for 2015 and 720p for 2017), and I've downloaded and watched, and found some problems. Since I've the discs, I made some digging into it and got some techniques to process the source video. Thus, an improved version came up IMO. So before all, I should point out where the problems laid, and what I've done to improve it. For the 2015: Most parts: The source is pulled down from 23.976 fps progressive to 29.97 fps partly interlaced, resulted in 2 interlaced frames in every 5 frames. The up-loader did IVTC for the video, but did not remove the duplicated frames. So it showed 1 duplicated frame in every 5 frames. It looks just fine if you watch it directly, but for the ones who has MEMC functions TV or uses video interpolation software, the duplicated frames could interfere the estimation of movement, thus turning down the smoothness. SOLUTION: IVTC and then decimate, made the video back to 23.976 fps progressive. The closing credits of SHINING STAR: Full interlaced 29.97 fps. SOLUTION: Deinterlaced by QTGMC and then interpolated to 23.976 fps by SVP, in order to fit the Live parts. The closing credits of Lovely Party: Full progressive 29.97 fps. SOLUTION: Interpolated to 23.976 fps by SVP in order to fit the Live parts. For the 2017: Live parts: The same with the 2015. The closing credits: Totally a mess. First a clip of the live, then a clip of anime, followed by staff list WITH PIP LIVE AND ANIME CLIPS !! The live and the anime clips are pulled down to 29.97 interlaced with different field order! In the meantime, the staff list part is 29.97 fps FULL INTERLACED!! The existing version seems to handle it using the same process to the live parts, making the ending part full of blurs and artifices. SOLUTION: Take them apart, processed separately, and then mix them up. Pulled down parts are turned back to 23.976 fps progressive by IVTC and decimate; Full interlaced parts are deinterlaced to progressive by QTGMC and then interpolated to 23.976 fps by SVP. Bonus parts: The making videos are the same with live parts. The rest is originally 23.976 fps progressive, so leave it untouched. Therefore, the final result is below: Resolution:1920×1080 Format : HEVC Color depth : 10Bit Audio : AAC 320KBps (processed separately, should not have audio issues:) Frame rate : 24000/1001(23.976) Constant Scan type : Progressive However, it still has some artifices in the closing credits, mainly in 2017, because of the usage of SVP. I've tried many filtres, only to find the SVP the best solution to slow the video down, while not bringing too much damage to the quality. For the deinterlacing and IVTC filters, I've tried the most common ones, not finding much difference. In all, this is a special version of the lives, in which I made many efforts to fix the videos to a fixed frame rate and scan type. Watched in my PC with the help of DmitriRender, I found it smoother than the existing version, and be equal to, if not better than, the Blu-ray source with auto-deinterlacing.
