First time uploading, definitely not a virus.
The movie and epilogue are ripped from DVD which I bought recently.
I have added the subs for Epilogue from Exiled Destiny, but could not find a fan translation for the movie so only the subs from DVD exist.
Audios are encoded in Flac 16bit.
I've also kept the quality high, interlaced and denoised to make the video look better than than the DVD source.
I personally feel this is the best copy available out there from what I could compare. Do let me know if this can be improved in anyway...

Hi Sparrow. I bought the DVDs for the anime series as well. I am trying to encode them with handbrake but it took too long and my windows crashed due to a virus. Am now on linux and Handbrake sucks on linux. If these movies look good to you, please leave a comment. I will upload the anime series as well with the same settings sometime soon.

The files are stored on an external drive, so am not sure if that stops responding after inactivity for a while.

Well, this is my first encode. I thought FlAC was supposed to be better than aac. Is that not the case? What suggestions would you have for audio settings to keep it close to original quality?
vishu_fy, AAC is fine. It's just anime. This isn't music so people are not paying such close attention that they can hear subtle audio encoding artifacts. Also you didn't decimate the frames so a full 20% of your frames are duplicate frames.
Using the original audio would be just fine if it's in AC3, no need for any lossy to lossy encoding there. Unless the DVD came with PCM audio? Then FLAC is fine. If you did AC3 > FLAC it's not advisable but it's your choice.
Unless qAAC is really warranted then could try out 512 cVBR or q127 settings which ever has more bit rate matching or nearing the original DVD audio. With old school anime's you may wanna go as high as possible if the audio mastering ain't good and contains noise during no BGM among other things.
