i mean the movie was originally SDR and the HDR is fake so the colors of the regular BD are what's actually intended

Yes of course.I initially compared the tonemapped version to the 1080p one and found out that some factors were lacking and hence added some filters to make it look as close to the BD version released by motbob.The 4K version looked more sharper to me compared to the 1080p version hence i released this version.I will add the comparison between the 1080p and the 4K colours soon.

it's not actually sharper because the master was also 1080p. sorry to say but you just wasted a lot of time doing this.

The edges are actually darker than the 1080p version.I have uploaded the difference above.I did not tamper with them.Yes i checked it out.It was originally in 1080p but the 4K upscale supposedly had darker edges and better clarity according to many reviews .There are no great differences between this and the 1080p version but i wanted to perform tonemapping at a 4K movie so i gave it a shot.Thanks for the review anyways.

Whatever works for you.This is 4K and is just around 10 gb and not 50.This has 5.1/2.0 japanese flac audio 24 bit compared to the aac or ac3 in that release.So this is good for people who have 10 gb to spare.and the colors in this will never disappoint you so its your wish.

Why are some people bitching?? Don't like it? Don't download it. Simple as that. Not like the uploader has a gun to your throat & forcing this down to your throat. Everyone have different taste. Just find the one that matches yours and download it & avoid the ones that don't.
