Why do people advertise their discord servers? I just don't understand. I don't mean that in a negative way, I genuinely don't understand. Is there a benefit to having more people in the groupchat? Are you just looking for more people to talk to? I honestly don't get it.

Why would you not advertise it? The whole point is to get the people watching your work together in order to talk about the releases, etc. The discord even announces the progress being made and when the release happens.

Is that what goes on in the chats? Just them updating people on the progress they're making with the episode? You can just set it up to auto-download when the episode is released anyway, is there really a need to be in a server to get that information? Do people really join a server for every show they're following so they can get updates on it? It so, that's just baffling. Episode comes out, you see it on Nyaa or set up RSS and you download it, why make it more than that?

arvon2 to chat with friends, find new members, help fill requests when people ask for subs or fonts or styles. Its better supported than here, at least potentially better supported since its easier to keep track of things unlike here you post a question and no one may see it..
