Encoded from the JP BD. Dual Audio: Japanese (2.0 FLAC), English (2.0 Dolby Digital AC3). Wicked City is definitely the more famous of the two but Demon City Shinjuku was always my favorite.

I would appreciate any help seeding.
Thanks again. Do you take requests of any kind, or do you only do what you're personally interested in?
An English and Japanese dual audio re-encode of OnDeed's Megazone 23 1080p release, or an encode straight from the BDMV would be great!

I had thought about Megazone 23 but the only English audio I could find was the Exiled-Destiny release which was incompatible with the OnDeed/JPSDR release. I am happy with the JPSDR release but I suppose if someone has a compatible English dub I could do a remux.
Oh, it's fine if you can't find a good English dub source. I can definitely do without it. I already have Ondeed's 720p release, but your encodes are always better quality or just about the same level of quality when compared to others' encodes, and at smaller file sizes to. OnDeed's 1080p encodes are just way too big for a 4 episode OVA series.
