Is this a capture of a web stream or an encode of another source? If the latter, why weren't the black sidebars cropped out?

@archivisth This is WebDL from GYAO. I forgot to write this. Streaming ts files were with black bars in this case. Some old anime sources on GYAO are broadcast without black bars (like Esper Mami or Chinpui), others with them. I did not use cropping for not doing secondary video compression. And this is not a screen capture when you can crop these bars when capturing. Sorry for my english.

@archivisth Use better DrapsterPS release. Looks like they remove the double frames (23fps) and sidebars.
