Orphan presents the first English version of the 1988 movie *Hiatari Ryoukou! Kasumi Yume no Naka ni Kimi ga Ita* (*Hiatari Ryoukou! Kamume: You Were in My Dream). The movie is an alternative version of Katsuhiko-san's return to Japan and his triangular relationship with Kasumi and Yuusaku. See [this blog entry](https://collectr.blogspot.com/2020/01/hiatari-ryoukou-kasumi-you-were-in-my.html) for more details. The raw is a 1080p webrip. The starting translation was by ray=out. Orphan translation checked and extensively revised the initial script and then timed, edited, typeset, and QCed the result. All Orphan releases are available from IRC bot Orphan|Arutha in channels #nibl or #news on irc.rizon.net.

i wonder why and how they release remastered versions online or on tv instead of bluray

@zetsu_shoren - I speculated on this in a blog entry from Sept, 2017: "Digitization of cel-based animation is only one step, and not necessarily the most expensive step, in preparing a physical release. Blu-Rays typically require remastering as well as creation of extra content to entice buyers. After digitization, Blu-Ray production requires mastering of physical media, design and manufacture of a physical enclosure, creation of marketing campaigns and material, predicting and managing inventory, and so on. In contrast, streaming only requires digitization and a licensing agreement with a streaming company. While a few of the streaming offerings have clearly been remastered, most have not."
ah, that's cool to know good to know that gives hope for more of older anime getting remasters and being released on the web
Holy shit, i waited so long for this. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much! I will try it out soon if I manage to get the rip, but are these subs compatible with 720p webrip as well (as they should be the "same")? 1080p is too much for my toaster... maybe it's time to upgrade as almost everything seems to be 1080p nowadays. Anyways, thanks!

@kingofhearts - I can't guarantee timing timing compatibility. The 720p rip is from a different streaming source.
Thanks for all your releases!
