Is this anime produced at SD resolution? Or is the low quality just another epic art to deceive our eyes?

never mind the style this is even weirder than chinese anime are all webtoons that weird to begin with? so much random stuff and characters, but the story looks so simple and straightforward for those who read webtoons this looks normal

Webtoons is when you go to a manga site, but the manga site has every god damn manga ever copyright noticed, so you click the most popular "mangas" and go "This isn't manga"

Guess my expectations were too high due to webtoon readers overhyping the show. So far this is meh

ChaoXide is correct, it's a style, the quality is normal, Katanagatari has similar style...except , even with the most beautiful animation, the anime is crap if the story is crap, choice of voice actors and sound effects play a big role too. I can watch the most horrible CGI animation that exists, if the story is good.
