The screenshots are deceptive, when there is action the quality drops greatly (ex. episode 02 minute 4) and this drop happens regularly, there are other releases of comparable sizes that maintains the quality more consistently, definitely this is actually a compression issue (bad software configuration or use of hardware compression), being 8bit instead of 10bit encode in this case don't justify the way the quality drops. The subtitles are broken in the song sections due to a lazy format conversion (ssa to ttx without removing karaoke formatting and marks).
