What do you mean about 60fps?

@mioscape have you ever seen an anime using SVP (Smooth Video Project), depending on settings, you can even get a 120fps while watching anime lol What the uploader of this file meant regarding 60fps is that this video is encoded with the setting being that makes the video looks 60fps-ish. Of course, there's much debate on this topic, but for us leecher who can't even afford a pc to play a 60fps video, or too lazy to do research and setting our video players, this is the best option to watch an interpolated video. I means, if there's no one gonna do it, why not he just do it and give it for free? if nobody likes it then there's nothing to lose, but i quite like it cuz im weeb who can't play a games under 60fps
