Compressing jpeg is a bit pointless since it is already a compressed format. Using archive inside a torrent is also a bit pointless, torrent itself already provides checksum and file listing. Using an archive results in extra storage consumption - you need to keep a seeding archive and a extracted archive or extract when needed.
