Why do you urgently need subtitles?
This program is NHK dancing on the bones of the dead in search of the ratings. Immediately after the arson attack, NHK are following people whose relatives died at KyoAni, showing how they get their hopes up for a moment, when they get a call, hoping that the call is that their loved one survived, only to get their hopes quashed. Do you enjoy watching people, who are despairing, because they no-longer have a purpose in life, and all they have from their daughter is a few sketches and artbooks, or a hand-bag damaged in fire?
Do you really enjoy watching people suffer? I find this NHK program depressing, and the fact that it was created disgusting.
Instead of watching this, go hug your mom, and tell her that you love her. Seriously.
