@sff If it's your own rip, I think it counts as an original release, even if you reencoded it, since it's not a reencode of another torrent on nyaa, so the confusion might come from your torrent being red as it doesn't need to be.

No, it's ecchi. Tons of shows and manga of the same caliber with no issues. More extreme ecchi examples found on sukebei belong there. I'm assuming this is on the basis of Japan's standards and not those in the west including those with retarded ideologies like Australia.
