I have not watched the series part of this yet but so far the first OVA alone is SO full of errors in the translations (looks like it may be a third or fourth hand translation with no native English QC) that it makes the subtitles hard to read. It appears that you used someone elses subs (from your description above) but I don't see why you couldn't either use a good quality sub or go through it yourself (I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you didn't go through it before release) to hopefully fix it before your release. Maybe I will go through and do a personal V2 of them for myself, or maybe I'll find another version available, not sure the path I will go. I'll probably decide after watching to see what needs replaced.
