## ***Game Start!***
I downloaded this release as it (sort of) was recommended on sneedex/seadex. But holy shit these subs, whats with the extreme localization filter done on it? Theres so many lines thats straight up different. Its not even wrong, its just different. Im assuming wakanim is the now defunct legal streaming site that you guys got the subs from.
Just a few examples from epi2:
06:40 yoko ni mo nagai shi > Why am I'm fat, now? - Translation is wrong, but the implied meaning is same, I can give it a pass.(casual typo too)
08:05 gomi mushi de nakereba chichioya to hahaoya no nani kara umareta kuso mushi da > If you're not a stinkbug then you must be a dung beetle, you're that small! - Translation skips the parents line and adds that she is small even though its not implied.
17:45 watashi mo yarou bakka to purei shitete mo musakurushii dake da shi > Plus I'm getting bored of playing with the neanderthals all the time - Does this translator even knows whats a 野郎? He probably does since its a simple word, so this has to be another localization decision. Also ignored むさ苦しい
18:42: oho ren chan dosanko? > "Mega cute"? Kids still say that these days? - Localization deletes the reference to lenn being from hokkaido...
20:20 - gakufu sura yomenai riaru no watashi mitara bibiru yo > Sheet music looks like Chinese to me. I think my real life self might shock you. - Again localization adds in "chinese" for no reason, when all she said was that she cant read sheet music.
I usually just ignore these localization changes as I know that there is no hope in fighting against stubborn translators.
My complaint here is pointless, just had to rant after seeing this release, which was immediately after finishing another series(danmachi from [sam]) that had many wrong translations done.
