Thanks ?? Next episode would be ground breaking. For older episodes (360p or 480p generally ) I think upscaling the videos to 1080p using Topaz Video Enhance AI is good and then encoding to HEVC format. Anyway your knowledge about video formats are much better than mine. Sorry if I am wrong.
