After watching the movie "Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion", I recommend reading Re-take ( a sequel written by Kimigabuchi )
If the anime/movie has a mind-blowing plot, the "Re-take" has multiple mind-blowing plots at multiple fucked-up levels. If I have to compare it with the anime, i gotta say it is even better than the anime. That's how good this manga is!!!

The last v05 omnibus is a 2-in-1 (v13 and v14) can be found in Library Genesis:

For some reason the omnibus v05 and the single volumes v13 and v14 are higher resolution than all the other omnibus and single volumes.
This is also true for the rip by Mr. Kimiko / KG Manga.

2004 is the year the English Editions came out.
The year just pertains the first release till the end of the release.
It's no different than what Danke and others does here

Real Account manga came out in 2014, but list 2016 because it was the first English release.
