Encoder(s): Jensen When encoding the second part of the second season, the main difficulty was the large number of scenes with a strong grainy effect, as well as scenes with very strong dynamics. This is largely why the size of episodes varies so much. Otherwise, everything is pretty standard: generic rescale AA from 720 bilinear as removing ringing as well, slight de-noise with de-band and detail preservation mask to prevent destruction on dark scenes. That was encoded in HEVC 10-bit with safe compression settings to produce transparent quality video.
