Nothing. They just got busy with real life, lost motivation to keep running the group. They're still alive and well, it's just that something had to change in order to unstall all the projects.

Both S2 ep12 and S3 PV are currently at QC and should be out within the next week or so.

A result of our automation process that was setup incorrectly because for a few other shows we use both Japanese and English titles. You can rename the file locally, the next episodes will have correct titles.
