Someone has previously uploaded this, but it was taken down. Thanks for uploading it again. My next 2 posts were posted in that torrent, the first one in response to someone saying that there are artifacts in the video from signal loss or unstable signal. The second just shows how I verified that this video is from the broadcast date that the file is named with, and a link that shows the correct broadcast time. This has a bit higher quality audio than the SOFCJ-Raws and the video is in 1080i and 29.97fps whereas the SOFCJ-Raws video is 720p and lowered the framerate to 23.97fps for some reason. So I am very thankful to the anonymous uploader for this video. I really wanted the full untouched recording with commercials. I also like the fact that this is a recording of the first broadcast on Fuji TV of this Future Trunks Special Edition version of Resurrection F which is mentioned in one of the links in my next comment. This video does have a lot of artifacts. The SOFCJ-Raws video has much less artifacts, and If you don’t care about it being 1080p and 29.97fps, then there doesn’t seem to be any loss in quality from the encode, or so little that you couldn’t notice. But I don’t see the artifacts in this video while the video is in motion, only when I pause and look at it frame by frame. That’s because most of the artifacts from one frame aren’t in the next frame. There is also a lot of artifacts in the .ts file for the Fuji TV broadcast of the toriko x one peice x dbz special where the .ts file for the tokai broadcast was better. I wonder if it is just more likely for a recording from Fuji TV to have artifacts than Tokai or Shizuoka (the station that the SOFCJ encode for Ressurection F Future Trunks Special edition is from), and if so I wonder why.

The time in the file name for this video says [20160827-0900], but it should instead say [20160827-2100] since the broadcast time was 9:00PM not AM. I decided to verify that this video is from the broadcast date stated in the file name by finding info from the commercials and then with that info find proof that it must have been that broadcast date. So here is the most important 2 parts I found from the commercials. At 1 hour 10 minutes 45 seconds the commercial shows the date August 29 at 10:00AM. It is a commercial for a credit card where that date is the end date for receiving 5000 points if you apply for the card by that date. So the latest possible broadcast date is August 29 2016. At 1 hour 54 minutes 27 seconds a commercial advertises the movie Kung Fu Panda 3 on Netflix.jp, but doesn’t show the release date, which means the movie has already been released. The webpage www.imdb.com/title/tt2267968/releaseinfo shows that the internet release date in Japan was August 19 2016 and was released a year later on DVD and Blu-ray. The commercial says this movie is only on Netflix, so the earliest possible broadcast date is August 19 2016. @mrbean Regarding framerate, interlaced video is broadcast at 30fps, but the original video/film before broadcast is 24fps (numbers rounded for convenience). SOFCJ deinterlaced the video to make it look better for playback on modern devices like computers and phones. If you watch both, it's not like the SOFCJ version is in slow motion or choppy.
