However, mixed materials with various resolutions cause a few lines to have slight aliasing. New anti-aliasing and contra-sharpening algorithm were adopted to remove this aliasing while maintaining the sharpness. Then regular de-banding, contra-sharpening and adaptive denoising. Episode 11 contains a large number of visual effects and ultra-high-intensity noise. The encoded size will be 5GB if retaining all the noise. The poor encoding of the source made the situation even worse, resulting in severe DCT noise. We adopted a combination of traditional and neural network algorithms to denoise the noise-heavy scenes. It effectively removed all noise (including DCT noise) and retained as much detail as possible.
