Lots of people have been asking for this, so here it is.
Only episodes 1-79 are dual audio, those were the only ones dubbed in English. Additionally, Episodes 145 and 155 have 2 files each (1 English and 1 Japanese Audio). This is how they were on the DVDs. All other files are Japanese audio only. Dual audio files are defaulted to English audio.

You could have used a three digits number from the start, like S02E001, so to have the episodes sorted automatically.
