For people with issues opening this epub;
Get an extractor like winzip/winrar/7zip
Open up the epub file
Navigate to the OEBPS folder
Right click on content.opf, then click edit
Scroll all the way down and replace the below two
<reference type="cover" title="Cover" href="cover.xhtml"/>
<reference type="toc" title="Contents" href="contents.xhtml"/>
With these two
<reference type="cover" title="Cover" href="Text/cover.xhtml"/>
<reference type="toc" title="Contents" href="Text/contents.xhtml"/>
You only need to do this for volume 2 and 3.
