Marmotzel is right, in all of the episodes but #11 both sub tracks and the chapters are all 1 frame (42 ms) late. Both audio tracks are probably 42 ms late as well. It seems like you’ve encoded SubsPlease rips for all of the episodes and sourced the rest of the release from us while replacing the video track. Slight problem with that: I mostly used dub rips for our releases of the show, which, compared to SubsPlease/VARYG/etc ones, always have an extra frame. I’ve always taken this into account by shifting the audio & sub tracks and chapters accordingly. I’d suggest doing a v2 with a -42 ms delay on the subs in the episodes 1-10 and chapters sources from Chihiro if possible. I’d suggest doing a v2 with a -42 ms delay on the subs and audio tracks in the episodes 1-11 and chapters sources from Chihiro if possible. Alternatively, just encode the video we used. Seems moot to not have done that in the first place since we didn’t use Chihiro’s encodes but Crunchyroll’s WEB-DLs, as stated in the release titles and descriptions. Then everything would’ve synced because I made sure of that.
