So, if you got everything from GSK_kun, why bother doing this at all if all you did was change the video source? Seems like a bit of unnecessary work when an already superior release is available. Or was it simply to change the defaulted tracks?
Again, no one uses MTBB for 5 to 8 :(
Are Lb and Rb the correct audio channels? Recently I found out 5.1 is broken in OPUS, and mixes Ls/Rs as Lb/Rb

You're right. Opus actually doesn't support that the channel layout from Funimation's BDs as intended, making it use the back channels instead of the side channels. I'll use qAAC for season 2/3 and the movie. If this ever gets a v2 I'll use qAAC for the audio there. Thanks for the heads up. I've always noticed that in my mediainfo, but as I don't have a 5.1 setup, I've never known if it was a serious issue. Which means all my 5.1 releases (nearly all of them) have this issue.
I researched this issue and can't actually tell whether encoding it "wrong" is actually going to cause any problems. For example, I'm seeing stuff saying that 5.1 "back" speakers are really supposed to be placed at one's sides, so doesn't that mean that *all* 5.1 tracks before 7.1 became common are really "side" tracks? In the end, I got too confused to care and will continue to use opus for all types of 5.1 tracks.
Yes, almost all 5.1 tracks are side tracks, that's the default. Best case scenario where OPUS just mixes side tracks as rears, it still means 5.1 tracks will be "broken" in any setup above 5.1. I guess realistically no one is watching this mixes anyway.
