Initially released by The Apollo Dub Archive several years back, their releases have disappeared and nobody thought to mirror them on nyaa. There is/was a sync project of the first 32 episodes available on archive.org, leaving 33-53 to be completely absent from the internet. That changes, this is all 53 episodes of the Philippine produced English dub of 1991's Super Rescue Solbrain. The only modification from the original TADA files is the name format, as some episodes were initially mislabeled (27 & 31 swapped as example). Those have been corrected. This English dub was produced by Telesuccess Productions, who most famously produced the English dubs of Voltes V, Tosho Daimos, Choudenshi Bioman, and more recently Kamen Rider Agito which appeared on Free-TV. This dub aired in The Philippines on IBC-13 in 1997, on ABC 5 in 1999-2000. It would see one more broadcast on Solar Channel in 2002 before GMA would replace it with a Tagalog dub in 2006. The video quality is a mystery, as it appears to be all sourced from VHS (with dropouts and tracking issues occuring on the video), but I do not believe these are off-air recordings. Episode 51 noticeably shows a watermark for "LASERDISC" on the bluescreen before the opening begins. Was this dub released on Laserdisc? If any Filipino posters/lurkers/etc have further insight please share. If Telesuccess dubbed any other tokusatsu shows into English, please let me know and if anybody has copies, please consider sharing.
