I recommend that you stream from kiss, go go, or any other site that streams anime in 480p and up etc. Their vids should run fine on your "toaster" since they greatly reduce the size and quality of the original masterpieces so everyone can watch their video's no problem. If you need quality rips/encodes come to Nyaa.si. If you can't access kiss/gogo/other countless anime-streaming sites where you are, you could try out a VPN which has a lot of benefits and completely masks your IP address, I prefer ExpressVPN, kind of expensive but my internet is actually FASTER with ExpressVPN than without it, pretty crazy right? p.s. - try to stay away from the FREE vpn's ok. They are very BAD news usually... search google/datdatgo for more info. :)
