I'm going to go ahead and say it right from the start: this release is a total mess. There is only one subtitle source and the timing for it is pretty bad. But that's not the major issue. This release is missing the ED for every episode that uses the regular ED. Why? Because it's 300 MB per episode. Sadly I only realized this after encoding the whole series. So I just cut out the ED from the episodes using MKVToolKit. It's barbaric and as such there are some frames left of the ED. But I believe that saving almost 3GB was worth it.
Now as for the show, it's not that good. But it has 12 episodes of Horie Yui making the most adorable voice. That's actually the reason why I did this. I love her voice. I do have to admit that the show did make me laugh a couple of times. Anyway, not much else to say. Get it if you want. Don't get it if you don't.
Sadly the OVA is not included because there is no source for that.
Lots of shoujo lately because someone had been uploading a lot of BDMVs for them and I know they're not popular enough for most groups to bother with them.

That's not the problem. That's the symptom of a bloated encode. Let's have a look at your settings.
>crf=15.0
17-18 is fine
>ref=3
use 8 instead
>me=hex
use umh instead
>subme=7
use 10 instead
>me_range=16
use 32 instead
>bframes=3
use 8 instead
>320kps AAC
use 160kps instead
WIth these settings you should almost halve your episode & ED size. If the ED is still a problem, use zones & decrease qcomp to 0.5.
@junh1024
I would even say go with ref 12 or 16. And with bframes 10 or 16. Nothing wrong with crf=15 though. And definitely not use a lower qcomp than 0.7. For AAC, qAAC with -q 91 is pretty fine. You'll get almost 160kbps with it but it's variable and not forced.
That release is probably just preset=medium, so just put the subs on a good raw. Maybe a one exists, dunno.
@DmonHiro
A much better advice is to just look what other decent groups use for their settings (Asenshi, GJM etc.). The settings aren't hidden, you can use media info for getting the encoding settings. If you don't know basic stuff like that and don't have time to learn it, just copy it from a decent encoder instead of making something bad on your own (or leave some settings default).
