This is kuchikirukia's original encode, you can tell by the file size alone (unless there is some raw video encode I don't know about), but I'm not sure what subs he used. I assume either deanzel's edit of SallySubs subtitles or deanzel's edit of Zurako's edit of Commie's subtitles or both. But not gonna download it just to confirm whose subs were used, someone else can do that since it's highly unlikely kuchikirukia will say.

Oh? Then what is the video source? Cause I'm not seeing any 720p encodes here on Nyaa at least with file sizes as big as these. Hence why I assumed he encoded it himself.

I fixed all the signs for the entire thing. I don't know if they just never got transferred right or if it was just deanzel and CTR, but several were off.

Is the karaoke hardsubbed like every other release of this show?

for the best experiance watch this in Japanese with subs. the English Dub is so bad it is unbelieveable. this is not the fault of the Uploader nut the studio hired to make the dub version.
